## What is Content Cloud Plugin?
Content Cloud Plugin is a simple add-in that facilitates direct access to digital assets within multiple applications, such as **Adobe Creative Cloud** and **Figma**. It connects your preferred application to any supported cloud service or digital asset management system. With this plugin, you can stay in sync with your digital assets with your creative or marketing team from anywhere. It is tremendously beneficial for increased productivity as it allows you to focus on important tasks and create better content with improved accuracy. You can easily make your content available for company-wide use by saving it to any source system.

Introduction



### Adobe Creative Cloud 

1.  Open  **<a href='https://www.adobe.com/ca/creativecloud/desktop-app.html'>Adobe Creative Cloud</a>** desktop application.
2.  Under **Stock & Marketplace** click **Plugins**.
3.  Search for **'Content Cloud Plugin'** and and click **Install**.

Once installed, open your Adobe Application and find the extension under **Window** -> **Extensions**.

#### Have trouble installing the plugin using Adobe Creative Cloud?
You can aloso install the plugin **manually** by following these steps.
1. Download the latest version of the plugin from **<a href='https://cc-plugin.com/app/extension/23.4.2/ContentCloudPlugin.zip'>here</a>**. 
2. Unzip the file and copy the folder to the following location:
 - PC:  **C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions**

 - Mac:  **/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions/**

 Restart your Adobe application, and you should see the extension under **Window** -> **Extensions** -> **Content Cloud Plugin**.

### Figma / FigJam
  Go to **<a href='https://www.figma.com/community/plugin/1134625775910648893/Content-Cloud-Plugin' target='_blank'>Figma Community</a>** site. Search for *'Content Cloud Plugin'* and and click *'Try it out'*.

## Subscription Types
### Free Plan 

The free plan offers a limited set of features, but it is still a useful tool for users. Some of the features included in the free plan are:

- Access to a limited set of content cloud assets
- Automatic updates to these assets
- Basic customization options

### Paid Plans
- Unlimited features
- Priority support
- Constant updates

## Add Team Members to your Subscription
If you are on a **paid** plan, you can invite team members to join your team. As the team administrator, you will have sole responsibility for managing members and subscription payments.  The subscription invoice will be automatically updated whenever your team members accept your invitation.  

1. Ensure that you have **<a href='/settings/subscription'>subscribed</a>** to one of the paid plans.
2. Go to the **<a href='/settings/organization'>Team</a>** tab and click **<a href='/settings/organization/membrs'> Members</a>**.<Image src="/assets/images/docs/Members.png" width="769" height="480"></Image>
3. Click **<a href='/settings/organization' >Invite Members</a>** and enter the email address of the person you want to invite. After creating the invitation, you can also copy the *Invitation Link* by clicking the *copy* button and send it through the email. <Image src="/assets/images/docs/Invite-Members.png" width="601" height="265"></Image>
4. The person will receive an email with an invitation to join your team. Upon acceptance of the invitation, the individual will be included in your team and the subscription invoice will be automatically updated to your account. 
5.  Please got to **<a href='/settings/subscription'> Subscription</a>** tab and click **Go To Customer Portal** button to view the updated invoice.

Subscription and Team



## Doesn't work with Photoshop running on Mac M1/M2 chip
The Content Cloud Plugin relies on the Adobe CEP framework, which is not inherently compatible with Photoshop on Mac M1/M2 chips. Our team intends to transfer our framework to the Adobe UXP framework, which is natively supported by Photoshop on Mac M1/M2 chips. In the meantime, if you use Photoshop in **<a href='https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211861'>Rosetta Mode</a> **, you can still utilize the current plugin. Here is how to do it:

1. Select *Adobe Photoshop* in *Finder*. 
2. From the File menu in the menu bar, choose *Get Info*.

4. After opening Photoshop, please go to menu **Windows>Extensions (legacy) > Content Cloud Plugin**
